​We encourage you to stop by at any time and tour our community. We pre-screen each prospective Resident to determine that we are the best match for their personal care needs.  Our quick & easy enrollment process starts with these steps for admissions:

• Check available rooms/beds and their suitability for the prospective resident
  
• Verify that the individual's personal needs can be met with personal care with current physician or Primary Care Provider
  
• Verify that potential Resident can meet the financial obligations of the Home
  
• If suitable room is available, payment of $500 admission fee - due by admission date
• Review & sign Admissions Agreement, Unconditional Guarantee Agreement by Individual responsible for monthly fees
• Review & accept Home Rules, acknowledge Resident's Rights & Responsibilities
  
• Completion & submission of Medical Evaluation & arrange for the ordering and payment of medications if applicable
  
• Payment of 1st month occupancy fee, due by admission date
  
• Arrange for the delivery of Resident's personal belongings

Admission Fee: $500

Our All-inclusive Monthly Fees Include Three meals a day & snacks; Medication Administration; Weekly Housekeeping & Laundry Services; Utilities including WiFi (excluding cable TV in room); Scheduling Local Transportation; Emergency Response System; Regular Activities on & off-site; Caregivers on-site 24/hours/day, 7 days/week.
